Our Acton Gate contact centre handles all 3 main types of activities orders, enquiries and telebooking.
The contact centre is open from 8am 10pm Monday to Friday and 8am 8pm on Saturday and Sunday.
The centre is situated on the southbound side of the M6 at Junction 13 you cant miss it since it is also a Home Delivery warehouse so can be seen for miles around. When exiting the M6 at Junction 13, take the A449 towards Stafford and the contact centre is on the left hand side.
The site was built in 1997 and is comfortable in surroundings with modern telephony and technology to enable colleagues to fulfil their roles in a pleasant environment. This enables them to provide an integrated customer services operation across the Argos and Homebase businesses.
Employees based at Acton Gate enjoy free on-site parking, an excellent canteen, an on-site cash machine and a learning resource centre on site.
