Our Bolton contact centre handles order calls for Argos as well as having a collections centre for the financial services side of the business.

The contact centre is open from 8am – 9pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 5pm on Saturday and Sunday.

The centre is situated at Middlebrook, next to the Bolton Wanderers stadium. This is just off junction 6 of the M61. The business park is well served by public transport and is 5 miles from Bolton town centre. There is a retail park next to the business park.

The site was built in 2004 and has the latest technology and modern design to make our employees as comfortable as possible.

Employees enjoy clean, modern facilities, a kitchen and relaxation area, vending machines and shops to hand at the local retail park where additional parking is also available.
