Our Widnes contact centre handles all 3 main types of activities – orders, enquiries and telebooking.

The contact centre is open from 8am to 10pm 7 days a week, 364 days a year.

Conveniently located in a residential area of Widnes there is a real community feel at the site (it’s a community in its own right with 1400 employees!). Widnes is located approximately 8 miles south west of Liverpool city centre – conveniently located near to the M62 and M56 motorways.

The site was purpose built in 1964 and whilst the outside of the building remains the original façade, the inside was refurbished in 2005 to create a state of the art contact centre with the latest technology to provide an integrated customer services operation across the Argos and Homebase businesses. In 2006 the site won ‘Best Environmental Factors’ for the refurbishment at the North West Call Centre partnerships annual awards.

There are a variety of shift patterns and work types which are run out of Widnes, offering employees a diversity of skills and hours.
