Considering a career in finance and have the energy and ambition to become a Senior Manager driving the growth of a business? If so then look to a career within the Home Retail Group. The finance graduate scheme will give you the opportunity to develop commercial, retail and financial skills. As you move through the business you will also be able to develop your abilities in leadership, influencing and communication. As well as the skills you learn around the business we will support you to study for a professional accountancy qualification - CIMA or ACCA. Roles in the scheme will give you exposure to a variety of areas within the Group. You could work in financial planning and analysis, support the stores and marketing teams or be involved with supply chain. You could gain specialist knowledge within tax and treasury, financial services or investor relations. Regardless of where you go we will provide you with a sound grounding for a long term career in finance and throughout the scheme you will be supported by your own personal mentor.
