The finance graduate scheme will give you the opportunity to develop commercial, retail and financial skills. As you move through the business you will also be able to develop your abilities in leadership, influencing and communication. As well as the skills you learn around the business we will support you to study for a professional accountancy qualification - CIMA or ACCA.
Roles in the scheme will give you exposure to a variety of areas within the Group. You could work in financial planning and analysis, support the stores and marketing teams or be involved with supply chain. You could gain specialist knowledge within tax and treasury, financial services or investor relations. Regardless of where you go we will provide you with a sound grounding for a long term career in finance and throughout the scheme you will be supported by your own personal mentor.
You will need:
• A minimum 2:1 degree (received or expected) in a relevant discipline
• 260 UCAS points or equivalent
• Evidence of analytical and numerical capabilities
• Drive and ambition to succeed
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to build relationships and work well in a team
• The ability to plan and prioritise
The package
A starting salary of £24,000 with full study support to achieve either
ACCA or CIMA qualifications.
24 days holiday increasing with service to 29.
