What do you enjoy most about your current job?
The people. The variety of work. It is a challenge as I am new to the role so having to re-adjust after being a team manager for 6 years. I love going out and visiting suppliers and stores to represent the company. I love it! I also love the opportunity to develop other people.

Why should someone join Home Retail Group ?
The salary is quite good. I like they way we have moved forward so much since we were owned by ‘Reality’. We seem to have the right attitude towards people. There are good development opportunities also.

How have you developed since being with Home Retail Group?
I have matured a great deal as I was only 17 when I started here. This wasn’t originally planned to be my chosen career however with guidance from some really good managers over the years, I think I’ve become a good manager and leader. I’ve learned to be more patient and understanding.
